We will guide you on what is needed, work with medical professionals where appropriate, and ensure this stage is handled sensitively, prioritising your comfort and wellbeing. Where the Authority wishes to obtain evidence itself, we will liaise accordingly.​

Step 4

Submitting Your Claim​

Step 5

Review and, if needed, appeal ​

During the review the Authority may request further information. We act as your point of contact, providing timely responses and addressing any queries. If you disagree with the outcome, we can advise on and, where appropriate, pursue an appeal to the First-tier Tribunal.​

Step 6

Outcome and support ​

If your claim is successful, the Authority will assess compensation based on your injuries and the impact they have had. We explain the outcome and next steps, and we remain available for follow-up support.
